Anker SoundBuds Wireless Headphones - Bluetooth Black Water Resist Built in Mic

Great cheep earbuds, easy 18 month warranty

I love these earbuds
The sound quality is very good. Fit is easy to customize with the included buds, in ear hooks and over ear hook so that they stay in even while running. (I have small ears) They don’t stay in as well when doing downward dog but I only have the ear buds not the over ear.
I bought them to replace my every day iPhone earbuds as the iPhone lost its dedicated headphone jack — but I wouldn’t go back to wires. I love using there earbuds to listen to audiobooks while cooking without bothering my roommates.
They charge off of a micro-USB, easy to find a replacement if you lose it.
Finally if your concerned about the quality of cheep earbuds - never fear - I’m on my second pair curtesy of the replacement warranty. I paid nothing - and the whole experience was conducted by email.
***my first pair lasted 2 years before the case shatter during a violent kickboxing workout. I loved them so much that I bought a second pair. After daily use, both for audiobooks while commuting and working out, the left earbud started to fail at the 12 months mark but I have a new free replacement pair with 7 days dispite mixing up the order number. (Take a picture of all the tags and label numbers that come with a new pair so you have the models number for warranty)****

If you love Bluetooth headphones that don't fall out every 5 Minutes. Update, ehhh.........

Love these headphones, they are the first set of headphones that do not fall out whenever I decide to move my head. I mean I know how could I have the audacity to move my head while I listen to music or podcasts. These headphones have a slider on the back cord that lets you tighten them up so the cord does not go flopping about to much. Also they have all of the buttons directly on the head phone, I have found that in the past Bluetooth headphones that have the track/volume controls on the chord tend to fall out more quickly. Tried these things running and they stayed on pretty well. Battery life seems to be about 4-6 hours, but they do recharge in a flash. I would definitely recommend getting a pair of these headphones if you are looking to get a nice and usable pair of Bluetooth headphones.

Update: The earbuds will pair with my devices, and they produce the sounds that indicate that they are on but I can not hear any music or audio through them. Additionally, the battery life has plummeted to about 3 hours, and when the battery gets low it only gives a single beeping sound then shuts off 2 min later. This is not an everyday item that I use and don't know why the battery should have run down so quickly.

Good, but advertised battery life might be exaggerated EDIT 06/02/2016

I ordered these to replace the constantly annoying event of my corded ear buds getting snagged on a misplaced atom and being violently removed from my ears. And in that respect they work great. The tones that occur when pausing, playing, turning off and on are all recognizable and unobtrusive. I am no audiophile, but the sound I get from these is pretty good. You can only expect so much quality from ear buds in the first place, and I am not disappointed by these at all.

There are a few qualms. The ear hooks can get fairly uncomfortable, though I wear these at work, so I have just removed them. Without the hooks, the SoundBuds remain fairly static. The cord that goes around the neck is a little long, and will get caught on whatever it feels like and fall out of my ears.

My biggest issue is that in no way have I gotten close to an 8-hour battery life. The best (while I haven't timed it specifically) is around 4-5 hours. I have yet to go through my day without having to put these down for a recharge. For exercising or working outside these are great, but don't expect to get a full eight hours of play time with them.

EDIT 05/23/2016 Rating from 3 to 1 star, since it's hard to like something that doesn't work.

No less than 30 minutes after writing this review, the ear buds failed to turn on. Could get a charging light to come on when plugging them in, but would never turn back on. Pretty disappointing, though it's expected there are some lemons at this price point. I had contacted Anker CS four days ago, have yet to hear back.

EDIT 06/02/2016 Rating from 1 star to 4

Anker sent a new pair of headphones (in the same original packaging) without any fuss or return shipping on my part. I have yet to give them a full run yes to test battery life, but they work, and Anker was quick to respond/repair the situation. However, my initial claim before the original pair was battery life. I've yet to determine if that is due to the previous pair being a lemon, or if the battery life is being over estimated
