The Best Thing FOR Sliced Bread

There has never been a grander advancement in grilled cheese technology than this sandwich toaster. Not only can you make grilled cheese sandwiches that would make you forget about any you've had before it, your toasted sandwich creation game gets a huge boost with this in your possession. The marvels I've created have delighted family and friends, with ingredients you may not typically expect. Sure, you can make your own pizza pocket sandwiches, or add ham to your grilled cheese, but you gotta think bigger than that.

What's the best use to date you ask? Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches. Use stuffing in place of bread, and then throw in your turkey, gravy, cranberry, mashed potatoes, etc. as your filling. Toast it up, pour some gravy on top, and you've got yourself a meal that's easier to eat that the actual Thanksgiving feast, and MAY actually be better tasting. Throw in some pie crust, or puff pastry with fruit filling, and you've got yourself dessert. The possibilities are endless. Why are you still reading this? Cheaply made, used once already broken

I used this sandwich maker to make a sandwich today for the first time after ordering it. A few minutes after closing the sandwich maker I heard a loud pop and the closure flew off. It is only a very flimsy spring held together by a plastic clip (See attached photo). I'm extremely disappointed in the poor workmanship of this product. I planned on returning it to the manufacturer however I'm responsible for shipping charges to return it and to receive a replacement. That is outrageous. What a waste of $15. Save your money and buy something else

I wanted to like this product. I was shocked by the low price and thought if it could deliver those sandwiches with sealed edges and crisp and toasted on the outside, I would be thrilled. DID NOT WORK OUT that way at all. I made up grilled cheese sandwiches and the cheese melted all over the trays. The bread was super soggy and we had to toss the sandwiches way and redo them on a different device. This is after I had warmed up the device for 15 minutes to make it was hot and ready to create a toasted bread exterior.
This device won't give you what the photos on the box display unless there is nothing but bread and meat. Jelly will melt into the bread and prevent it from getting a toasted exterior

Must have kitchen item!

Wow! Thid sandwich maker is amazing! You can do all kinds of things with this from sandwhiches to desserts! Its super easy to clean and very simple to operate. This is definitely a must have kitchen item. I purchased for my fiance for christmas(he loves to cook) and he has used it pretty much every single day since lol. It's fun to make your own recipes too..whatever you can think of, you just throw it together

Great sandwich maker...

This is our 2nd purchase. Our first last years and years. With it was a little easier to clean but it works so well. We make egg sandwiches regularly. 

Terrible sandwich maker.

I owned a sandwich maker about a decade or so ago and loved it. Recently bought this thinking I could make quick sandwiches for my son. It has a preheat button that lets you know it's ready but the actual ready light comes on too quickly. Haven't been able to make a decent sandwich on it yet. I was hoping it would come with instructions and a small recipe booklet but it didn't.
